The art of engraving adds additional meaning

Hand engraving is an ancient form of cutting or carving precious metals. It is a means of enhancing items which has remained relatively unchanged since medieval times, and is still dependent upon the practitioner’s artistic abilities and technical expertise.

Jewellery Restoration

We use the best goldsmiths available and the latest equipment available to return your treasured items to pristine condition. Our in-house goldsmith draws upon vast knowledge and experience to offer a variety of services:

Diamond and gemstone resetting and replacement.
Re-threading of pearls and other beaded jewellery
Repairs and replacements to chains, catches, shanks, settings and clasps.

All repairs are guaranteed for 12 months*. This covers workmanship of the repair and not damage caused by accident, negligence or misuse.

What happens during a restoration?

Restoring your precious items is a privilege for us, and we take great pride in our work. During restoration, you can be assured we will look after your items.

Our highly skilled, technicians are competently able to work with Rolex, Breitling, Longines and Omega and almost all watch brands. We use classic repair techniques and maintain your timepiece to the highest standard. Our services:

What happens during a service?

Your watch is completely stripped with all components cleaned.
Worn parts are replaced.
Components are re-assembled and lubricated with the finest Swiss lubricants
The watch is tested and the case is ultrasonically cleaned and sealed as recommended.
The power reserve where applicable and timekeeping are regulated and tested over a three-day period.

How long will a repair take?

Most standard repairs will be available for collection within a few weeks, but more complicated repairs may take a little longer. Our staff will be able to give you a timeframe once they have inspected your watch and seen the work that needs to be done.
